• Architected and operate Ripplemesh — a production organizational intelligence platform unifying LMS/CMS, operations, maintenance, HR, and cross-domain AI analytics for enterprise clients. Built the enterprise data model spanning 400+ object types (courses, incidents, maintenance work orders, permits, projects, communications, PII-secured HR records) with standardized taxonomy, metadata, and role-based Row-Level Security across every domain.
• AI agent design and configuration (not model training): built and maintain a roster of 40+ purpose-built AI agents (e.g., Milam Analytics, OSHA Intelligence, Learning Plan Assistant, RCA Assistant, HR Employment Agent) — each with a defined system prompt, scoped knowledge context, deterministic tool chain, and persistent memory. Agents route structured queries to specific backend functions rather than hallucinate; responses are grounded in live organizational data from Cloudflare D1 and entity APIs.
• LLM prompt engineering and "Vibe Coding": designed multi-step prompt chains for content generation (course outlines, OCM communications, job descriptions, SWOT analyses), analytics narration (Kirkpatrick summaries, ISO metrics), and agentic triage. Prompt patterns enforce output schema, suppress hallucination, and select between fast/cost models and high-accuracy models depending on task criticality. Patent pending on a hallucination-free query system — a deterministic architecture directly applicable to producing verifiable, source-backed risk analysis rather than fabricated conclusions.
• Deterministic function routing (two-part agent response pattern): Part 1 explains methodology (LLM); Part 2 executes a deterministic backend function that queries D1, returns structured data, and feeds it back to the LLM for narration. Eliminates hallucinated statistics — every metric is sourced from a canonical function with a single agreed definition.
• xAPI → D1 Experience Ledger: designed the Ripplemesh Universal Experience Ledger — xAPI statements emitted across 26+ organizational domains (learning, safety, maintenance, HR, projects, operations) routed via Cloudflare Workers to D1. Powers heatmaps, Kirkpatrick analytics, ISO/TS 30437 metrics, credential awarding, and natural-language queries.
• Unity/Unreal WebGPU and WebXR simulation pipeline: designed the full 4-phase simulation architecture — Phase 1 (R2 build upload + player), Phase 2 (C# Analytics Bridge → xAPI → D1), Phase 3 (automated credential awarding on passing score), Phase 4 (Competency Zone Mapping — spatial X/Z bounding boxes linked to skill requirements and expected verb sequences for competency scoring).
• Competency Framework: built a 4-level advancement system (Novice → Master) with evidence dropboxes (course completion, OJT/mentoring, field observation, supervisor sign-off), evaluator workflows, and credential issuance. All credentials and certificates carry a unique QR code for third-party verification without leaking PII or compromising the secure app (verification.ripplemesh.com).
